HR Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities:



  • Working and managing end to end recruitment within the stipulated timelines and building the talent pipeline to achieve hiring targets

  • Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like LinkedIn, Job Portals to fill the vacancies and stimulating them to apply for the jobs

  • Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before processing

  • Evaluating the candidate skills and competencies including communication skills, interpersonal skills, confidence level and presentation.

  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

  • Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions.





Candidates Profiles:



  • Strong track record in sourcing high-performance tech candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making.

  • Experience of hiring the best talent for JavaScripts frameworks (Angular/ReactJS/NodeJS), Android, Python, Java, DevOps etc.

  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company' success.

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

  • Clear written and spoken communication.
