Responsibilities:
Working and managing end to end recruitment within the stipulated timelines and building the talent pipeline to achieve hiring targets
Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like LinkedIn, Job Portals to fill the vacancies and stimulating them to apply for the jobs
Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before processing
Evaluating the candidate skills and competencies including communication skills, interpersonal skills, confidence level and presentation.
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions.
Candidates Profiles:
Strong track record in sourcing high-performance tech candidates, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing management decision-making.
Experience of hiring the best talent for JavaScripts frameworks (Angular/ReactJS/NodeJS), Android, Python, Java, DevOps etc.
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company' success.
